How ever you found your way here I hope you find some of these ideas useful and that they help you on your journey wherever you are going. I am a Teacher and Mentor working and lecturing in Ireland with a different slant on many things and a true belief in human capabilities. Ironically my background is originally in Engineering and IT , a head space, the opposite end from the humanities. However I managed to recover :) and I now focus on IT only as a medium to communicate with people or to bring groups together.
Over the years I have specialised in both Strategy and Personal Transformation resulting in leading edge skills in Motivation and Awareness. As well as using the world class MBA I earned from Henley in 2007 (with Leadership and a Dissertation on Emotional Intelligence) I am an Enneagram Teacher certified with the Palmer Daniels School and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. These skills have brought me into Organisational Psychology with a unique insight into how to develop long lasting competitive advantage through people in Small, Medium or Large Organisations.
I am fascinated by the opportunities offered to help people get along better and to interact better. Applying this knowledge to business and to which after all is often when we interact with others most is something which I have thought much about. I also like to work one on one with people to transform their awareness.
